Subj: [ParanormalGhostSociety] LAST NIGHTS REPORT   Date: 6/20/2003 3:05:06 PM Eastern Daylight Time  From: AngelOfThyNight@aol.com  To: paranormalghostsociety@yahoogroups.com ,  ParanormalBuffalo@yahoogroups.com Well last night proved to be another interesting night and we usually do not do weekday investigations however, Mark, Jason and myself had to finish up some loose ends from Saturday's busy night. So we went into what we thought was the university building and it turned out that this was a Psychiatric center but much different then the asylum. The rooms were all very cozy with closets, very large, sinks, drapes and blinds the whole building looked more like a series of apartments with long hallways which made it more foreboding. As we started off in the basement I heard a pretty big noise it was very odd like something ran off but I did not feel alone and of course with all ghost they get curious to what you are doing late at night taking photos. But we walked around this old basement and found it to be pretty interesting with a few passages one room had a few dead squirrels, another room a chair, we did notice a lot of orb activity and moving cold spots in the basement. The orbs could be related to dust however dust has to be stirred up which obviously its been 20 years since anybody set foot in this place so we assumed that these were real genuine orbs. We worked our way up the stairwell it had the old wooden rails and the first floor looked more like a school so I would have to assume after it was a psyche center it was used possibly by the college. One room had a chalk board, some rooms had phones, another room had a fireplace and nice old wood shelves. We did not get a lot of activity on this floor but it was the nicest floor with some carpeting as well. The second and third floor had a similar layout the second floor seemed more like apartments rooms with sinks and mirrors, bathrooms, Ect. Although the second floor seemed to have a knocking sound It was not windy out and it came from one of the rooms I really could not explain it just like a banging sound violently for about 20 seconds then it stopped. The third floor was more maze like with twist and turns going into different rooms the drapes gave it a pretty eerie feeling. We enjoyed the view out the windows one room here I did not feel comfortable being in. Then we worked our way up to the tower or attic somehow the door would not budge big disappointment but then again that is ok because we had a lot of photos. We worked our way to the 3rd floor again spent sometime there then back down to the first floor. By the time I got back down to the basement I could feel a presence with us. I felt something embrace me or should I say go right through my body it was like ice but I felt the place becoming alive I did feel watched and I felt like at this point perhaps the spirits were curious if we were leaving or maybe gathering a little energy to manifest. We did do some more basement adventuring and I found a old old wooden door very large hidden behind a stairwell it was tight but because it was on the edge of the building we assessed it is an underground tunnel leading possibly to the asylum. Since there was no cafeteria in this building its possible the food was brought from underground. There was a lantern which matched the catacombs from our asylum trip near this door so putting it all together this is most likely a tunnel that we could not get in but there is other times we can try since it has my curiosity also there was another dead squirrel nearby this door quite odd. We did notice a few things in here a sign from 1981, the whole inside is preserved the wood is shiny, there really was no dust when i took photos did not see NONE, everything was clean even the bathrooms were shiny marble. It is almost like the ghost are keeping this place clean. At this point we left there was a room where I thought i seen a clock hand move which was odd. I did not feel to uncomfortable in this old colonial building but as we were leaving the feelings of something watching us became overwhelming. Based on last nights research i assume this place is a dead cell probably very quiet ghost unbothered for years as I am sure if we went back again a few times we could get some of the faces of the ghost that roam these dark halls. We finished up and left I was proud of some of the orb photos i got they really are nice looking and I got a mans face in the basement near a wall lots of interesting features he has the eyes, nose and mouth so it did turn out to be a great investigation and that wraps another historical place up now for Saturdays haunting investigation we have coming up should be a very nice week for the Paranormal & Ghost Society.
